Responsibilities

  • Oversee departmental operations, program implementation, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with company policies
  • Implement capital program plans, changes, and solutions; serve as key liaison to manage expectations and build trust
  • Prioritize critical issues through root-cause analysis, monitor program execution, develop and track milestones, oversee high-level deliverables, and prepare weekly performance reports
  • Coordinate and oversee capital program requirements by building stakeholder relationships and supporting customer/business needs initiatives
  • Set and communicate clear goals/objectives to drive accountability, measure progress, identify opportunities, and foster continuous learning
  • Evaluate program performance by comparing projections to actuals, analyzing KPIs/trends, conducting ROI analyses, and reviewing customer feedback
  • Address cross-functional issues, collaborate on service/product enhancements, and present recommendations for adjustments/process improvements to leadership
  • Provide supervision and development for associates: hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognition, and promoting diversity awareness
  • Ensure compliance via action plans, Open Door Policy utilization, and guidance on business processes
  • Execute complex programs: prioritize issues, develop presentations, manage stakeholder expectations, and develop metrics/performance reports
  • Manage annual budget to maximize efficiency, achieve operational excellence, and maintain quality
  • Demonstrate leadership expectations: respect individuals, foster belonging, develop others, build relationships, communicate effectively, act with integrity, and promote Walmart values
