Responsibilities

The Business Development Associate will drive growth by generating, qualifying, and nurturing top-of-funnel opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound engagement. Responsibilities include scrubbing target market accounts for qualified contacts, researching market developments, strategizing with marketing and sales teams for coordinated outreach, and following up on marketing-generated leads. The role involves securing initial commercial meetings for Sales Directors via cold calls and personalized emails, attending industry events to generate leads and build relationships, and maintaining prospect and customer information in Salesforce CRM. Additionally, the associate will monitor marketing lead workqueues, evaluate lead viability, and identify operational bugs and inefficiencies.
