Responsibilities

  • Evolve and maintain PartnerStack’s visual identity and design system, ensuring consistency across teams
  • Lead the design execution for campaigns, ads, web, social, and events that support awareness, conversion, and pipeline growth
  • Help improve creative workflows and processes for asset intake, prioritization, and delivery
  • Partner closely with Content Marketing to transform narratives into compelling visual storytelling
  • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Product Marketing to elevate campaign performance with strong creative execution
  • Experiment with AI-powered creative workflows to increase speed, quality, and innovation
  • Support and mentor a small team of designers and contractors, fostering a culture of craft, curiosity, and accountability
  • Track and share creative performance learnings to inform future iterations
