Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
5+ years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, corporate finance, or treasury
Proven experience supporting or leading financing transactions and investor communications
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for senior management and external stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Responsibilities

Lead and support execution of capital markets transactions, including debt issuances and ABS
Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, and related materials for capital-raising and financing activities
Build and maintain financial models in support of transactions and special projects, ensuring accuracy and integrity
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and Business Units to align on financing activities
Partner with external parties such as investment banks, legal advisors, rating agencies, and equity sponsors to execute transactions effectively
Support management in investor and third-party communications, ensuring consistent and accurate messaging
