  • Series 7 and 63 licenses
  • Prior experience as a Customer Escalation Specialist or Customer Escalation Manager in financial services or fintech
  • Advanced research skills to conduct complex member escalations, including trade disputes, corporate actions, and regulatory inquiries
  • High degree of comfort or ability to learn and leverage technology to serve members
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing product and service needs to meet evolving member needs
  • Commitment to providing exceptional service and ensuring positive member experiences
  • High level of independence and creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced research into complex member escalations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve member issues and concerns
  • Work hand-in-hand with Product and Engineering teams to share valuable member feedback and insights
  • Actively advocate for feature requests and experience enhancements to improve member satisfaction
  • Develop and implement solutions to drive positive member experiences
  • Provide exceptional service to members across various support channels
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to discuss member issues and concerns
  • Share valuable member feedback and insights with Product and Engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams to efficiently resolve member issues and concerns
