  • Facilitate kaizen events and guide teams in diagnosing inefficiencies
  • Oversee deployment and sustainment of DBS tools across commercial teams
  • Drive adoption of DBS Fundamentals and standard work
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement through DBS events, trainings, and leadership engagement
  • Act as a DBS ambassador, promoting urgency, action, and integration
