Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to North America and Europe Sales & Marketing leaders, providing insights on execution, capability gaps, and DBS maturity
  • Collaborate with Beckman Coulter DBS and the DBS Office to benchmark tools, evolve practices, and shape DBS roadmaps for sustainable growth
  • Lead the Commercial DBS Certification Pipeline, building associate capabilities through training, coaching, mentoring, and evaluating certification readiness
  • Govern regional kaizen and problem-solving funnels, prioritize high-impact initiatives, facilitate kaizen events, and ensure adherence to DBS standards
  • Oversee deployment and sustainment of DBS tools across commercial teams, driving adoption of DBS Fundamentals and standard work
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement through DBS events, trainings, leadership engagement, and acting as a DBS ambassador to promote urgency and action
