Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field, with at least 5 years of business experience, ideally in a SaaS GTM role. A minimum of 3 years of program or project management experience is required, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering complex cross-functional initiatives. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with project management tools are essential. The ability to operate autonomously and proficiency in data analysis and reporting are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring measurable impact on customer experience and retention. This role involves enabling cross-functional success by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Systems, and Product teams. Responsibilities include planning, governing, and communicating program scope, metrics, and timelines, escalating and resolving critical issues, and driving operational excellence through documentation and workflow creation. The role also encompasses change management for new processes and tools, process optimization for efficiency gains, and analyzing program data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
