The Customer Success Program Manager will lead strategic initiatives from planning to delivery, ensuring measurable impact on customer experience and retention. This role involves enabling cross-functional success by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Systems, and Product teams. Responsibilities include planning, governing, and communicating program scope, metrics, and timelines, escalating and resolving critical issues, and driving operational excellence through documentation and workflow creation. The role also encompasses change management for new processes and tools, process optimization for efficiency gains, and analyzing program data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
