The Systems Engineer will lead the configuration and use of Siemens Teamcenter Requirements for managing requirements across engineering teams, collaborating with various departments to define clear, verifiable, and traceable requirements. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining requirement hierarchies, traceability matrices, and verification plans, driving consistency and quality in requirements, and training team members on tools and best practices. The role also involves leveraging systems thinking to define system interfaces, championing requirements change control and configuration management processes, and supporting the overall product lifecycle.
