Requirements

Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or systems-focused roles, with consulting, strategy, or product ops experience being a plus. Strong program and project management skills are essential, along with experience in designing and implementing scalable systems like ERP/MES, scheduling, or resource allocation. Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving using tools such as SQL and Looker is required, as is the ability to translate operational needs into system requirements and influence cross-functional partners. A self-starter attitude with high ownership, detail orientation, and the capacity to drive clarity in ambiguous environments is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Operations Manager will build scalable systems by designing and implementing solutions for labor allocation, OEE tracking, and system-based scheduling. They will own system architecture and strategy, partnering with Product and Data teams to define requirements and roll out enhancements. Responsibilities include ensuring visibility and accountability through real-time insight dashboards that connect labor, equipment utilization, capacity, and scheduling performance to business outcomes. The role involves operationalizing improvements by diagnosing bottlenecks, designing solutions, and leading pilots, as well as providing cross-functional leadership to connect Strategy Operations, Product, Data, Design, and Manufacturing.
