Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably B2B
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in lead management – generation, conversion, and pipelining
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills
  • Effective networking and relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus (not required)
  • Willing to work on night shift or dayshift (majority on night shift, some on day shift as needed)

Responsibilities

  • Receive, assess, and process Sales leads to convert them for potential new customers
  • Sell and manage a complete range of RingCentral products and services to new customers
  • Manage leads, prospects, and initial customer pipeline
  • Develop and contribute revenue through lead conversion
