Requirements

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination, with required SaaS experience. Strong experience in resume review, candidate sourcing, and screening is necessary, along with previous experience using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks effectively are essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment are also required. Candidates in the central or eastern time zone are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will review high-volume candidate resumes to identify qualified talent and assist recruiters with proactive sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter. They will partner with recruiters to understand hiring needs, maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, and schedule and coordinate interviews. Responsibilities include managing job requisitions in Greenhouse, posting job opportunities on internal and external platforms, and assisting in building interview stages and scorecards. Additionally, the role involves sending and tracking new hire feedback surveys, coordinating swag and welcome kits, ordering business cards, maintaining onboarding-related records, assisting with new hire travel logistics, and scheduling post-hire check-ins.
