A track record of exceeding targets, empathy, strong interpersonal skills, and high emotional intelligence are also necessary.
The Sales Development Representative will act as a main growth driver for prospective outbound client engagement on SpendHound products. They will identify prospective opportunities and utilize outbound communication channels like cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn messages to begin sales engagement. The role involves generating interest and meetings from Finance, Operations, and IT leaders for a product that saves them time and money on software renewals. Responsibilities also include developing skills across modern sales technology tools, working closely with sales leadership, and helping refine sales messaging.
