Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 8-10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, with a preference for hospital and antibiotic/infectious disease sales. A minimum of 4 years in corporate training or home office experience is preferred. Strong clinical acumen in infectious diseases, excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and LMS platforms, are essential. Experience with MLR systems like Veeva PromoMats and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will design and execute training programs to enhance field force effectiveness and professional growth, collaborating with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Medical, Legal, and Compliance. Responsibilities include developing new hire and product launch training, advancing selling capabilities, strengthening coaching, managing training logistics, overseeing MLR review processes, and managing external vendors for training content creation. The role also involves evaluating training effectiveness and ensuring alignment across departments.
