Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or distribution leadership with a consistent history of overachieving targets, experience selling solution environments across multiple stakeholders, and comfort selling and negotiating at the CRO and CFO levels. They must also possess strong business development skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to build relationships at all levels of supplier are essential, along with demonstrated ability to originate new business and convert leads into qualified prospects.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Representative will identify and pursue new supplier lines focused on the US Public Sector (FED and SLED) markets, qualify opportunities throughout the sales cycle, position Arrow’s value proposition, assemble and lead cross-functional pursuit teams, negotiate complex deals, coordinate with internal stakeholders, design service structures, maintain a healthy pipeline, and accurately forecast new business. They will also be responsible for land major new relationships, identify key decision makers, and demonstrate maniacal focus to time efficiency.
