  • Deep expertise in pipeline forecasting, revenue attribution, and performance reporting
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership and align demand strategy with company priorities
  • Strong background in SaaS or technology with global go-to-market experience

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute an integrated, cross-channel marketing plan that ensures Monte Carlo shows up in key conversations around Data + AI Observability
  • Own channel budgets, optimize spend, and measure ROI to maximize reach and efficiency
  • Lead bold, creative initiatives that break through the noise and put Monte Carlo in the top consideration set
  • Establish a culture of data-driven experimentation, testing, and continuous improvement in campaign design and execution
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team; oversee agencies and contractors as needed
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and SDRs to ensure alignment between narrative amplification and pipeline growth
