Candidates should possess at least 1 year of work experience in a pipeline generation role or a heavy process orientation role, demonstrating a track record in an early-stage company or a highly ambiguous environment. Experience with a complex and consultative sales process is also required, along with a comfortable ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment.
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying pipeline opportunities for the sales team within a defined set of target accounts, owning the entire process from account and contact selection to outreach strategy and messaging. They will also contribute to building the Outbound playbook in collaboration with the sales team, supporting the achievement of company pipeline and revenue goals. Additionally, the SDR will focus on demonstrating a deep desire to build the data observability category and possess a humble mindset, ready to seek assistance when needed.
