The Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify sales opportunities for the Confluent sales team by working with top enterprise and commercial accounts in their assigned territory. This involves qualifying and converting inbound leads, engaging prospects through calling, email, and LinkedIn, and conducting initial prospect discovery and qualification before passing them off to sales.
