Candidates should have at least 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably as an SDR or AE, and experience with SaaS is preferred but not required. Strong self-motivation, an outstanding work ethic, coachability, a team-player attitude, resilience, fearlessness, persistence, problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detail are essential. Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
The Outbound Sales Development Representative will manage outbound lead generation for the Mid-Market territory by researching and contacting prospective customers through cold calling, emailing, and social media. They will identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers to drive ARR growth, develop detailed lead profiles in the CRM, and schedule meetings and demos with Account Executives. This role will also assist in strategic efforts to create qualified sales opportunities and develop transferable skills for career growth.
