The Sales Development Representative will identify and research prospective nonprofit clients, conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels, and qualify inbound leads to schedule discovery calls. They will collaborate with the marketing team, maintain accurate CRM records, and continuously optimize outreach strategies based on performance metrics and feedback.
