The Outreach Specialist will make 70-80 outbound calls daily to pharmacies to address medication-related issues for patients identified by Arine's platform. Responsibilities include identifying and escalating issues to a pharmacist, obtaining necessary provider and patient information for clinical interventions, maintaining accurate records in the Arine software, and participating in team and process improvement meetings.
