  • Support for recruiting & hiring Beauty Sales Consultants
  • Skills in reviewing/analyzing business performance & sales results to inspire teamwork
  • Proficiency in communicating business & operational opportunities through recaps

Responsibilities

  • Lead elevation of service by empowering Beauty Sales Consultants (60% Sales Driver focus)
  • Work with Store Management and SAB to set coaching priorities for maximizing Beauty & Personal Care sales
  • Create and monitor individual sales plans for each Beauty Sales Consultant
  • Adhere to regular store visit cadence and work directly with store teams
  • Create comprehensive event execution plans focused on featured product sales and communicate recaps
  • Own execution of brand/product education for Beauty Sales Consultants and expose team to additional learnings (20% Staff Development focus)
  • Ensure all Beauty Sales Consultants complete required training and attend field sessions
  • Cultivate continuous learning environment and own events/education to drive traffic and sales
  • Work with SAB to set coaching priorities and goals (20% Execution Support focus)
  • Support Store Leadership in recruiting & hiring Beauty Sales Consultants
  • Review and analyze business performance & sales results to achieve goals
  • Communicate business & operational opportunities to store & district partners via recaps
  • Instill use of Retail technology for sales, education, and customer engagement
  • Ensure consistent execution of all CVS Beauty Experience & Service initiatives and programs in assigned area
