Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new Investment Managers and sales team members, introducing them to Hometap’s consultative sales process, developing individualized coaching plans, and facilitating training sessions
  • Serve as a go-to expert on our sales methodology, offering hands-on coaching and guidance to both new and experienced Investment Managers
  • Maintain and enhance resources in the Guru knowledge base and our LMS, keeping sales materials accurate, current, and actionable
  • Provide consistent, data-driven coaching and feedback to help team members achieve and exceed their sales goals
  • Partner with sales managers to identify early performance challenges and create targeted improvement strategies
  • Deliver clear, empathetic, and motivating feedback that supports professional growth and accountability
  • Provide structured reporting and insights on performance trends, coaching impact, and recurring skill gaps — summarizing key observations and recommendations in quarterly readouts to leadership and Enablement
  • Foster a culture of learning and excellence, including celebrating wins, sharing best practices, and leading by example
  • Track and report on enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, conversion rates, win rates) to measure the impact of coaching programs
