Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of work experience in customer service, along with experience utilizing basic sales techniques and identifying sales leads. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience, is preferred. Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, the individual will generate new sales through stores, special orders, and contract sales, while educating customers on products and solutions. They will also maintain positive relationships with the customer base, drive special order sales at the Pro Desk, support Pro Events, and assist Independent Lumber Yard Service. Furthermore, the role involves CRM management, customer visits, addressing customer concerns, seeking new accounts, ensuring adequate product stocking levels, inspecting product quality, preparing reports, and performing other duties as required.
