As a Sales Team Lead, you will support, coach, and empower a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. You will cultivate relationships with executives in Business, Technology, Risk, and Compliance, elevating awareness of Sardine’s brand and value proposition, conducting in-depth discovery sessions, establishing credibility, and managing end-to-end sales processes.
