The Educational Consultant will conduct high-trust consultations with parents to assess their child’s academic goals and recommend tailored tutoring solutions from Dojo Tutor, convert warm leads into active subscribers by providing expert guidance and personalized service, maintain accurate and timely CRM records to support follow-ups and performance analytics, meet or exceed daily call quotas and monthly revenue goals, and provide structured feedback to influence product and service improvements, contributing to sales process optimization and refining product offerings and messaging across the organization.
