Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, and ideally have 5-7 years of experience in customer success, particularly within a SaaS environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex customer relationships and project management skills. Responsibilities

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for Fortune 50-100 customers, developing and executing comprehensive success plans to drive adoption, business value, and renewal. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing best practices for on-brand content development at scale, meticulously project manage programs to enhance customer engagement, and own the full customer renewal process, including forecasting, negotiation, and proposal creation. Furthermore, you will collaborate with Sales to identify revenue growth opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and proactively collect and share insights to inform product development, ultimately ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
