Candidates must have over 8 years of enterprise sales or account management experience in complex technical solutions, a proven record of exceeding growth goals, and the ability to turn insights into actionable account plans. Strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a deep curiosity for industry trends are essential. Domain expertise in CMS or experience selling API-based solutions in SaaS, CPaaS, or PaaS is required, along with familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Looker, and G-Suite. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.
The Enterprise Account Manager will own and grow relationships and revenue with strategic customers, driving net revenue retention (NRR) and expansion by running consultative sales cycles, uncovering new opportunities, and demonstrating platform value. They will build long-term partnerships, influence business and technical leaders, and help customers achieve meaningful outcomes. Responsibilities include managing renewals and expansions, cross-selling and upselling, demonstrating ROI, creating and maintaining account plans, partnering cross-functionally with Product and other internal teams, and monitoring customer health to proactively mitigate churn.
