Requirements

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience leading Customer Success in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably with a technical product, with bonus points for experience in developer tools or database technologies. They should be familiar with technical products and users, with a strong understanding of databases, particularly Postgres or SQL.

Responsibilities

As the Head of Customer Success, you will architect and execute the long-term vision for the Customer Success organization, including segmentation, engagement models, and customer journeys. You will lead and grow a team of Customer Success Managers, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and a focus on outcomes, while also acting as the voice of the customer across the business by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering. Furthermore, you will build systems and processes that scale with the company while remaining agile, drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and expansion, and champion key metrics and customer health reporting to provide visibility at the executive level, and bring creativity to service customer value.
