Responsibilities

The Customer Retention Associate will strategically identify and proactively outreach to veterinary clinics that may be disengaging, primarily via phone, email, live chat, and video conference. They will train and educate existing users to deepen their engagement with the Vetcove platform, field concerns and objections with empathy, and create educational content for veterinary professionals. This role involves analytical thinking to understand customer churn, soliciting feedback for platform improvement, and collaborating cross-functionally to provide insights on feature requests and workflow enhancements.
