As Sardine experiences rapid customer acquisition and pursues an ambitious roadmap, we are building a world-class customer success team. This role is a hybrid of Account Manager and Solution Architect, focused on supporting our fraud, payments, and compliance-related products. You will manage a portfolio of customers, serving as their primary point of contact and internal advocate to maximize their return on investment with Sardine. This position requires close collaboration with Sardine's fraud, payments, and compliance teams, including risk analytics, data science, integrations, and product development, to help customers achieve their risk, fraud, and compliance objectives.
