ModernFi is seeking a Manager, Strategic Client Solutions to serve as a critical subject matter expert (SME) on our market, product, and operational capabilities throughout the entire client journey. In this essential role, you will work alongside Account Executives during the pre-sale process and collaborate with Regional Directors post-sale to ensure clients realize maximum value from our platform. As the technical knowledge cornerstone of our deal teams, you will drive client success by providing expert guidance, solving complex challenges, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable business outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients understand, implement, and optimize ModernFi's platform for their specific needs. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact client success and retention while shaping ModernFi's enablement strategy during a period of rapid growth.
