Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-8 years of experience in customer success or analytics consulting, advising enterprise clients on analytics rollouts, adoption, and use case execution. They must have a proven track record of exceptional results as a customer success manager, along with a deep understanding of analytics teams within large enterprises. Experience with big data technologies, data modeling, and familiarity with machine learning tools such as R/Python, SQL, or Spark is also required.

Responsibilities

The Customer Success Manager will own and manage enterprise accounts throughout the full post-sales journey, including implementation, adoption, expansion, and retention. This role involves building strategic customer relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, collaborating with sales to secure those opportunities, ensuring retention through adoption plays and value communication, contributing to internal playbooks, and managing professional services contracts in collaboration with the Technical Solutions team. Furthermore, they will drive the negotiation and execution of these contracts, and travel to customer sites as needed.
