Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree and have at least 7 years of experience in account management, preferably within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry. Demonstrated success in leading and developing sales teams, driving revenue growth, and managing complex customer relationships is essential. Responsibilities

The Manager of Account Management, AMER will lead, manage, and motivate a team of Account Managers focused on renewals, expansions, and upsells, driving revenue growth. They will generate incremental bookings within existing accounts, manage Tier 1 client relationships, collaborate with Customer Support, and partner with Sales to develop strategies and team goals. The role involves monitoring client health, optimizing contracts, scaling the account management team, developing sales strategies, and conducting regular one-on-one meetings with sales representatives. Additionally, the Manager will analyze sales data, collaborate with marketing, and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and outcomes, while also joining customer calls to provide strategic support and coaching.
