The Customer Success Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise customers, responsible for onboarding, driving adoption, and managing contract renewals to ensure customer and revenue retention. They will advise customers on best practices, assess activity data to communicate ROI, and identify expansion opportunities by uncovering new use cases and teams. This role involves partnering closely with Account Executives, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams, and spearheading strategic projects to improve adoption, retention, and expansion metrics.
