Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required, alongside strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The Strategic Customer Success Manager will spearhead projects to convert PAYGO customers to committed contracts, significantly impacting revenue growth and customer commitment levels, and aggressively identify, develop, and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. They will implement proactive measures to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery, reducing churn and securing contract renewals, and develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client goals. The role involves overseeing the technical onboarding process, collaborating with technical teams to address product-specific customer needs, utilizing robust project management skills to ensure successful integration projects, and serving as a pivotal link between customers and internal teams, translating customer insights into actionable product enhancements and service improvements. Furthermore, they will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to streamline customer success processes and integrate customer feedback into product development.
