Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have 7-10 years of sales and/or account management experience. Proven ability to negotiate large, complex contracts, sell to senior-level executives, and manage large clients is essential. A high level of business and financial acumen is required, along with proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.com. Willingness to travel 50% or more, including overnight travel, is mandatory. Experience in Toxicology/Occupational Health, Diagnostics, or related fields, and a solution sales approach are preferred qualifications.

Responsibilities

The Strategic Account Manager will manage existing Clinic Channel partners to drive key strategic initiatives and new incremental growth. This role involves commercial management of Clinic and Clinic TPA customers to support and develop new growth opportunities, meeting or exceeding annual financial plans for top-line and margin growth. Responsibilities include maximizing the value of Workplace Solutions products and services through consultative selling, developing senior executive-level relationships, and leading customer business reviews. The manager will also lead account renewals, proposal responses, and value-based pricing delivery, while utilizing Salesforce.com and PowerBI for sales funnel management and identifying at-risk business. Participation in key business initiatives and sales training is also expected.
