Position Overview

Wpromote is seeking a Senior Account Director to support the growth, retention, and strategic direction of our largest B2B clients. This role requires deep experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition, particularly within long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder buying journeys. You will partner with clients strategically and tactically, serving as a key relationship team member.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the client relationship and acting as the lead point of contact for all client requests.
  • Seeking opportunities to advance the client relationship and identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing a deep understanding of each client’s business, category, market, buying committee, competitive landscape, and ideal customer profile (ICP).
  • Proactively bringing strategic and innovative ideas to client engagements based on working with Wpromote specialists.
  • Providing support in relationship management, integrated digital marketing, and marketing strategy to drive critical success for clients’ businesses.
  • Utilizing strategy, understanding of business and marketing objectives, measurement and analysis, and project management skills, including project definition, scope, and risk management.
  • Focusing specifically on managing and growing complex B2B client relationships, including SaaS, services, and enterprise accounts.

Compensation

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $120,000 - $145,000. This range is based on various factors including skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, and geographic location. Pay ranges are subject to change based on specific market medians. The total compensation package includes benefits.

Location

  • This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.
  • We have office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for learning, development, events, and in-person collaboration.
