Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying closing sales experience (at least 3 years as an enterprise seller) in a fast-growing SaaS environment, with rapid career progression
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and close business with repeatable processes
  • Ability to manage pipeline and communicate deal progression to leadership
  • Comfort with a land-and-expand motion closing $50k–$100k ACV deals
  • Excellent prioritization skills, with the ability to handle a large volume of prospects and customers
  • Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn new SaaS software applications
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for customers
  • Live in or near NYC, Chicago, or SF due to travel requirements

Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth within existing enterprise accounts by identifying and executing strategic upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities
  • Partner at all levels of an organization to navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Demonstrate additional Scribe value through targeted product demos
  • Maximize account penetration with a default hunter mentality
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and adoption opportunities within existing enterprise accounts
  • Close multiple $50k–$100k expansion deals monthly using consultative sales methodology
  • Develop long-term expansion strategies and roadmaps for named accounts
  • Uncover new use cases and business challenges where additional Scribe solutions drive impact
  • Navigate complex decision-making processes across multiple departments and buyer personas
  • Deliver targeted demos showcasing relevant Scribe capabilities for specific expansion scenarios
