Key skills include consultative selling, executive-level communication, a strong understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in molecular diagnostics, and independent work capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com is essential, as are advanced presentation skills, business acumen, problem-solving abilities, and strong administrative and communication skills. Candidates must also demonstrate an understanding of molecular diagnostics in behavioral health and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
The Clinical Account Executive will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major behavioral health clinics, top psychiatry practices, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and Academic Medical Centers (AMCs) within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include structuring strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, coordinating with sales teams to achieve company goals, identifying and developing partnering opportunities, promoting compliance with web-based molecular information tools, analyzing the competitive landscape, monitoring sales performance, and developing a comprehensive business plan for the territory. The role also involves working effectively across multiple departments, representing the company culture, and maintaining extensive market, customer, and product knowledge.
