Requirements

Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS, possess a self-starter mindset, and exhibit exceptional organizational skills. Strong communication abilities for articulating observations and fostering collaboration are essential, along with a proven ability to demo technical products and translate their value into tailored customer solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments with a customer-first mindset and a focus on delivering measurable results, while also being a strong team player. Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

The AI Solutions Manager will build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to foster adoption, uncover new use cases, and drive expanded usage across customer accounts through regular touchpoints. They will conduct discovery with customers to understand their goals, share the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions. This role involves collaborating with technical teams to address complex customer needs, ensuring smooth implementation, and advising on technical best practices. Responsibilities also include running workshops and training sessions, conducting QBRs to demonstrate account value, proactively monitoring product usage, identifying upsell opportunities, relaying customer feature requests to internal teams, and ensuring support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.
