Key skills include consultative selling, executive-level communication, understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment in molecular diagnostics, independent work ethic, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, negotiation, customer service, strategic account planning, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com. Advanced presentation skills, business acumen, and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential. Frequent travel exceeding 50% throughout the territory is necessary.
The Clinical Account Executive will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major behavioral health clinics, top psychiatry practices, Key Opinion Leaders, and Academic Medical Centers within the assigned territory.
