This role focuses on driving enterprise adoption of Agentic AI-driven automation solutions, with a strong emphasis on the healthcare sector. You will identify opportunities, engage executive decision-makers, and close high-value deals to help enterprises deploy AI-powered employees at scale. This role is ideal for Account Executives from enterprise SaaS, AI automation, and cloud platforms who want to drive next-generation AI adoption in Fortune 2000 companies, with a focus on transforming healthcare through intelligent automation.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in Healthcare, with a strong track record of closing net-new business.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate enterprise contracts.
  • Experience selling AI, automation, cloud, or data-driven solutions.
  • Strong ability to engage and influence executive-level buyers (CTOs, CIOs, COOs, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AI, machine learning, automation, or enterprise digital transformation.
  • Background in fast-growing startups or high-growth sales environments.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing, focusing on large-scale AI automation deals.
  • Identify and target enterprise customers that can benefit from AI-powered workforce transformation.
  • Engage senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, COOs) to communicate Ema’s value proposition and align solutions with business needs.
  • Manage complex deal negotiations, ensuring pricing and contract terms align with Ema’s business objectives.
