Position Overview

Pareto Publishing is a rapidly expanding e-mail-marketing company with a substantial subscriber base of over 8 million. We specialize in assisting financial services brands (banking, investing, insurance, and more) in reaching their target audiences at scale. To support our growth in the United States, we are seeking a motivated Senior Sales Manager to sell our advertising and technology solutions to enterprise-level clients within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities 🔑

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies to increase ad-sales and technology-services revenue.
  • Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with high-value clients, including publishers, fintechs, banks, insurers, asset managers, and agencies.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure exceptional campaign performance.

Requirements đź“‹

  • A minimum of 3 years of successful B2B sales experience in advertising, martech, or related technology solutions.
  • Experience within the finance vertical is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to build executive-level relationships and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • A self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy and accountability.
  • An existing network within the financial services industry (banking, investing, insurance) is highly desirable.
  • Experience in Public Relations or Investor Relations is considered a plus.
