Requirements

Candidates must have over 3 years of B2B sales experience in advertising, martech, or related tech solutions, with a strong preference for the finance vertical. Proven success in building executive-level relationships and exceeding revenue targets is essential. A self-starter attitude, thriving on autonomy and accountability, is required. An existing network within financial services (banking, investing, insurance) is highly desirable, and experience in Public Relations or Investor Relations is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Manager will develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase ad sales and technology services revenue. Key duties include identifying, engaging, and nurturing high-value client relationships within the finance sector, such as publishers, fintechs, banks, insurers, asset managers, and agencies. The role also involves collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Client Success teams to ensure excellent campaign performance.
