Requirements

Responsibilities

The VP of Business Development will lead Trase’s commercial and operational efforts within hospitals, health systems, and provider networks, taking P&L ownership as the Healthcare General Manager. Responsibilities include driving overall business strategy, financial performance, and operational execution, leading cross-functional teams to achieve revenue growth, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The role involves architecting multi-channel campaigns for demand generation and customer acquisition, managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue growth targets, and optimizing the customer lifecycle to maximize Customer Lifetime Value and minimize churn.
