Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare partnerships — with a clear focus on driving referrals and increasing partner engagement
  • Proactively reach out to providers, referral coordinators, and practice managers to strengthen relationships and spot growth opportunities
  • Identify patterns in referral behavior and recommend tactics to improve performance
  • Execute outreach campaigns (calls, emails, in-person if applicable) to build awareness and drive partner retention
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, clinical operations, and analytics to support partner needs and campaign execution
  • Create monthly reports, dashboards, and presentations that track performance and growth metrics
  • Support pre-launch and launch strategies for new markets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned
  • Maintain CRM and internal tools (Salesforce, Google Drive, Monday.com) with up-to-date, actionable insights
  • Always be looking for ways to add value and streamline the partner experience
  • Actively participate in internal meetings and training, sharing ideas and best practices
