Requirements

Candidates must possess a strong understanding of molecular diagnostics for oncology, the evolving competitive landscape, and the payor and reimbursement environment in oncology and diagnostics. Excellent knowledge of oncology, hematology, chemotherapeutics, and targeted agents is required, along with superior listening and problem-solving skills and consistent closing abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and effective utilization of Salesforce.com are essential. Advanced presentation skills, business acumen, and the ability to work effectively with minimal direction are necessary. Frequent travel exceeding 50% throughout the territory is also required.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Account Executive will drive strategic business expansion and collaboration opportunities with major U.S. cancer centers, clinics, Key Opinion Leaders, and Academic Medical Centers within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include structuring strategic plans for client acquisition and retention, maximizing contracting opportunities, implementing laboratory services agreements, and promoting compliance with web-based molecular information tools. The role involves analyzing the competitive landscape, monitoring sales performance, developing comprehensive business plans, and collaborating effectively with internal sales teams and across multiple departments to achieve company goals.
