Candidates should possess 10+ years of sales experience as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of exceeding quota and selling complex software solutions to key strategic accounts, along with 3+ years of experience working as a practitioner at an audit/advisory/assurance firm and/or selling in a closing role to Top 100 CPA firms. Strong executive presence and experience selling to executives at large enterprise customers are also required, as well as the ability to manage complex sales processes involving customer stakeholders.
As a Strategic Account Executive, the primary responsibilities include owning a targeted account list, achieving and exceeding revenue targets, building relationships as a trusted advisor, presenting Fieldguide’s solutions to prospects, collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, developing and refining sales playbooks and processes, attending networking events, and up to 30% travel is required.
