Requirements

Candidates must have a strong track record of closing large, complex deals in agency or consulting environments and experience working across service lines in hybrid or matrixed organizations. Fluency in experience design principles and customer journey thinking, sharp negotiation and presentation skills, a strategic mindset with storytelling abilities, and a firm understanding of Infosys DPS are essential. A PHD in Infosys DPS is preferred. The ideal candidate is a charismatic, influential, resilient, collaborative, and empathetic closer who is passionate about experience design.

Responsibilities

The VP/Head of Large Deals & Strategic Pursuits will lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities. This role involves serving as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape, and collaborating with service line leaders to embed experience design across all aspects of client engagements. Responsibilities include facilitating client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences, and protecting the agency's scope within broader delivery frameworks through final contracting.
