The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of software sales experience, including experience selling identity access management solutions, such as PAM (privileged access management). They must possess an accomplished track record of selling software into IT organizations, an existing network of CTO/CIO/CISO relationships, and the ability to develop C-level relationships within Fortune 1000 companies. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), web-conference demo experience, and a track record of exceeding sales quotas are also required, along with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and possess outstanding communication skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive new business and sales growth within an assigned geography or vertical, focusing on complex sales cycles. This includes creating and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through various methods, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective customers, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, acting as a subject matter expert on Keeper products, conducting high-level sales presentations and negotiations, balancing scheduling meetings, participating in cold call/role play activities, collaborating with legal and sales ops teams on contracts, working closely with marketing and customer success teams, staying informed about industry trends, and potentially traveling to customer meetings and operating a vehicle on behalf of the company.
