Requirements

Candidates should have previous Microsoft sales experience, particularly with Office 365, EMS, and Azure, and a proven track record of positioning and closing professional services opportunities. Proficiency in Salesforce or equivalent CRM applications, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and at least 5 years of experience in a sales or account management role are required. Candidates must also be proficient in Microsoft Office programs and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, experience closing seven-figure contracts, a record of exceeding sales goals, contract negotiation skills, and experience with high-level conversations with C-level executives. Understanding of cloud computing and the ability to present complex technology to non-technical audiences are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, developing executive and senior management relationships within client organizations to become a trusted advisor, and driving revenue growth. They will mature new opportunities from identification to qualification through relationship management and requirements gathering, and collaborate with Senior Account Executives on qualified opportunities. Responsibilities also include working with Technology/Architecture, Offerings, and Delivery teams to brainstorm and build solutions for target clients and larger opportunities.
